Richard is a dynamic and charismatic leader and specialist in values-based development and impact and value reporting within the UK. Richard has 25 years’ experience within the Public, Private and Third Sectors at strategic and operational levels, managing budgets of £120m+.
Natalie Wadley
Non-Executive Director
Natalie Wadley is a director of Social Value Quality Mark CIC and one of the senior team members at its sister company, Social Value Business. During her early career, she spent 10 years working for National Star, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Charity that delivers award-winning services for young people with complex needs.
Jane Strand

Jane is a passionate and driven leader who champions all things social impact.
Jane has 14 years’ experience in the Private and Third sector at an operational, managerial and strategic level. Jane has a huge interest in value-based development and was solely responsible for creating and demonstrating the value of a £14m Birmingham-based care and support charity.
Huw Evans

A seasoned professional and advocate for the highest quality standards. Huw brings deep construction and education specialism, together with national government connections and experience. Huw holds over 35 years’ experience in the construction and education sectors. He has worked at a number of private and public organisations focusing on social value delivery and the skills development required to support organisational growth and grow a great business.
Dave Webster
Director of Performance & Development
Dave has worked in the voluntary sector for over twenty years, managing and leading teams that support people who are experiencing homelessness, mental ill health, drugs, alcohol, wellbeing, employability, education, debt and asylum. He is passionate about improving services and enabling people and teams to achieve their potential.
Sarah Sheasby
Director of Communications
Sarah is a communications specialist and multimedia storyteller with 20 years’ cross sector experience. She built her career at Lloyds Banking Group and went onto work for clients including Royal Voluntary Service and MoneySuperMarket.com. She spent 18 months in central government, leading international campaigns for Defra’s award-winning Food is GREAT campaign.

Trish has over 17 years of experience as Social Value Manager for several large UK construction companies. Working across Private, Public and Third Sector, as well as charities and community-led organisations, Trish has delivered multiple corporate and project-specific social value strategies, charters and roadmaps.
Fiona Bleetman
Research & Analysis Specialist
Fiona is a Social Value Specialist with a background in Social Housing and Health and Wellness. She has several years’ experience working as a Performance and Business Intelligence Analyst and is the Founder of Wellbeing From Source (a health coaching company).
