During her early career, she spent 10 years working for National Star, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Charity that delivers award-winning services for young people with complex needs.

Jane has 14 years’ experience in the Private and Third sector at an operational, managerial and strategic level. Jane has a huge interest in value-based development and was solely responsible for creating and demonstrating the value of a £14m Birmingham-based care and support charity.

He is passionate about improving services and enabling people and teams to achieve their potential.

Sarah is a communications specialist and multimedia storyteller with 20 years’ cross sector experience. She built her career at Lloyds Banking Group and went onto work for clients including Royal Voluntary Service and MoneySuperMarket.com. She spent 18 months in central government, leading international campaigns for Defra’s award-winning Food is GREAT campaign.

Fiona is a Social Value Specialist with a background in Social Housing and Health and Wellness. She has several years’ experience working as a Performance and Business Intelligence Analyst and is the Founder of Wellbeing From Source (a health coaching company).
