SVQM Silver Award for Trueform

SVQM CIC is delighted to award Trueform with the Silver Social Value Quality Mark – a sought-after achievement that recognises positive, meaningful social impact.

As the UK’s independent national standard, the SVQM affirms Trueform’s focus on delivering tangible outcomes for candidates, clients, communities, and the planet. It underscores the organisation’s continued dedication to embedding social value at the heart of its operations.

The Silver Award is based on a comprehensive audit process. Our auditor assessed the organisation for its approach, behaviours, processes and delivery, noting the extent to which social value is linked to Trueform’s core operations.

She found that staff at all levels seemed knowledgeable and motivated to drive positive impact, meanwhile, partnerships with Campaign for Better Transport and Sustrans are proving highly effective.

Another highlight was Trueform’s use of environmental data to reduce carbon – across design, manufacturing, end of life, and sourcing policies.

Harpreet Garcha, Trueform’s Social Value Lead, says:

“Receiving the Social Value Quality Mark Silver Award brings benefits which go beyond just recognition, it shows the journey our employees have taken with us and the dedication they have shown to bettering the communities in which Trueform work and serve.

“This demonstrates that we have delivered on our pledges – that our social value work is not a tick box exercise, but is now embedded in our culture and communicated to our stakeholders.”
