Now it is time to schedule your audit for the SVQM Silver Level. Please remember to provide a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice of your potential audit dates, so that we can get everything in place for you.

  1. Confirm the cost of the audit
    The cost is based on your turnover. Please select which price bracket you full inside from the drop down list below. Note that all stakeholder engagement and consultation will be carried out remotely online.
  2. Select your potential audit dates
    Please select 3 possible start dates (a minimum of 8 weeks in future) for your accreditation below. We will then confirm one of these weeks with you. As part of the Silver Award, our auditor will ask to consult with internal and external stakeholders. The consultation period will begin shortly after the agreed start date.
  3. Make payment for your application
    You will be given the option to pay by card, bank transfer or proforma invoice. If you have a discount code, please enter this on the payment page. Please note this fee is non-refundable.
  4. Receive confirmation 
    You will receive confirmation of your audit date from the SVQM team within 5 working days, together with the name of your auditor.

Re-application

If your organisation fails to meet the minimum criteria required upon application, you may re-apply immediately, providing you can sufficiently address the gaps in time for the audit date you select. A re-application charge of 25% of the application and award cost will be applied.
