Now it is time to schedule your audit for the SVQM Gold Level. Please remember to provide a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice of your potential audit dates, so that we can get everything in place for you.- Confirm the cost of the audit The cost is based on your turnover. - Select your potential audit dates Please select 3 possible start dates (a minimum of 8 weeks in future) for your accreditation below. We will then confirm one of these weeks with you. As part of the Gold Award, our auditor will ask to consult with internal and external stakeholders. The consultation period will begin shortly after the agreed start date.

- Receive confirmation You will receive confirmation of your audit date from the SVQM team within 5 working days, together with the name of your auditor.
